​BIKO Northern Training Course

Dear BIKO Members,

I would like to invite you to join me, via Zoom, for a course that is aimed at developing student’s kumite techniques, that will help them in both their training and competitions in the future.

          (1.00pm - 2:00pm, Saturday 5th December 2020)

This course will be FREE of charge to members as a further way of the BIKO Executive showing support for you all in these challenging times.

For those of you who don’t yet know me, I am the BIKO Northern Squad Coach, a role which I have done for a number of years. 

The course is open and accessible to all students, regardless of grade   or ability.
